In the course we will use the Business Model Canvas to sketch a high-level overview of how your business could generate value for your customers and revenue for you. The canvas is the perfect introduction to business models for people without a business background, yet is still very useful for people who do.
When you are filling in the Business Model Canvas, you are making lots of hypotheses and assumptions. A successful lean entrepreneur minimizes business risks by validating key assumptions and hypotheses on which the business model is based. In the course we help you to identify your key assumptions and hypotheses and coach you during the validation process.
Problem - solution fit
Every successful business solves a problem of some customer segment with the best possible solution for these people. In this course you will figure out what the real problem is that you are trying to solve, how big of a problem it is for different customer segments and what the best solution would look like.
